  When boarding the opposite train the operator announced..:  "Hooooooooliday train is Approaching to the Thorndale Station..."

... let's switch the car..to get on the Holiday Train..at Thorndale!

 I boarded on the train from Thorndale to Lawrence.. to take the Santa photo..At Lawrence, Truman College students seeing off the Holiday Train..

I mean.. I saw Michael Jackson on the train on Dec 24...
... He was frist performing the moon walk at loyola station....

-I find: this kind of "sit-in" inside the government bldg.. for intentionally getting arrested.. is made as the (good old)..tactics..mimicking how the student and civilian activists did in the civil rights movements like "FREEDOM SUMMER," "FREEDOM VOTE," "FREEDOM RIDE"in the South.. -in 60's..

...When northern white students joined the southern black movements..taking tolls ..

They may be trying to recall the scenes: sitting inside the glass wall (from the beginning time)  with the banner, corresponding to the rally outside. (Wouldn't they become ex-offenders?)-

 The people also chanted some kind of "song" (Civil rights movements song)during the demo-

IIRON is mainly a student coalition ..

   It was in the night when Barack Obama was re-elected for the 2nd term  ...at the student hall.  (I couldn't follow so much development ..because of a lot of paper dues. )

   

Surprisingly, only 10% of students of this school supported Romney.. (the campus paper says.)

 (.."This school is politically unbalanced... the students and faculty are too liberal" - a teacher said..

just a flurry.. first snowfall in this region.. on Nov. 13

Unbelievable figures...

Huge reduction of the Illinois state budget .. which will cut back/eliminate various public programs for the people at many levels....

... Although it is supposed to improve these problems..

 ..."Essentially what is happening is the legislation right now that is being passed as far as budget cuts is cutting a lot of the social welfare programs (these programs include public housing, healthcare, education, etc). They claim that we must do this because they must enact "austerity measures" because we are in economic downfall. However, despite these cuts for welfare programs, our government is also giving tax breaks to large corporations. The most wealthy corporations and people do not have to pay certain taxes. THis could be done because the corporation claims that with more money they will hire more people, or with more money they will jumpstart the economy etc. But we do not believe this will do anything and with the cuts to social welfare programs it will actually just hurt us..."
