A Cop's poster?

Scribble is found on the poster at the bus stop.. .
 (it seems like.. either, a cop or a firefighter)




..  a scribble is read,  "HA-LOW, SOUL?"

  The  blue arrow under the letters..points at his left eye ..
  - the eye appeared cunning to someone, who does not feel ..sympathized with the officer?...

  .


  ..the ad copy is:  "Real first responders don't have blanks fired at them.
  To help the families of fallen police officers and firefighters, visit 100clubchicago.com"


This guy may rather be a firefighter,
because this poster appeared.. some two weeks after the tragedy.. :
 the old Chicago fire department captain Herbert Johnson was killed in a fire..

..A 32-year veteran of fire department died on the South Side blaze..

   I noticed.  there is a  latest TV series.. "Chicago Fire" .. .a classical.. simple,  moralistic hero drama is aired since Oct 2012...
